Does the COA cover COI/EU standards?
Yes. The certificate of analysis shows free acidity, peroxide value, K232/K270 coefficients and, on request, polyphenol content. Extra virgin shows acidity ≤ 0.8% and virgin ≤ 2%.
Is the sample representative of the delivered lot?
The sample reflects the typical quality of the chosen reference. For an order, the actual lot's COA is issued at shipment to guarantee an exact match.
Can I request a certified organic sample?
