Is a minimum volume required to contact you?
No, not for an initial exchange. That said, bulk export is calculated in flexitank (~22,000 L), IBC (1,000 L) or drums (~200 L); specify your target volume for a suitable quote.
How quickly do you respond?
We aim for a response within 1 to 2 business days for qualified requests (profile, volume, market, incoterm provided). Incomplete requests may require some back-and-forth.
Can I request a sample?
Yes. Upon a qualified request, we provide a reference sample with its certificate of analysis (COA). Specify the target category (EVOO, virgin, organic) and your market.
