The Réserve Familiale Ben Ismaïl (Domaine Ben Ismaïl) is a family estate active since 1966, located in Toukaber (Toucaber / Thuccabor, the former Roman city of Thuccaboar), in Medjez el-Bab, Béja governorate, in north-western Tunisia (~1h30 from Tunis). The estate sits at roughly 620-700 m altitude. The name "Triomphe Thuccabor" comes from the Roman triumphal arch of Toukaber, located at the entrance to the estate.

The estate is run by the Ben Ismaïl family — Mohamed Ben Ismaïl and his sons Maher and Salah. Maher Ben Ismaïl is a farmer and an olive oil taster certified by the International Olive Council (IOC). The estate is also a pioneer of oleotourism in Tunisia: the country's first olive oil bar (2018), an on-site organic mill, tasting and sensory-analysis workshops, and a shop.
